recall leaf spring U bolts caution?

Today I decided to install my Wheelers HD AAL. I had the recalled leaf pack installed 2 weeks ago and only driven on them less than 100 miles. I was surprised how " loose" the U bolts nuts were. I belive the torque spec is 37 ft pounds? Just wanted to share and have you double check the dealers work. I'm in Southern California and I was one of the first once to get it done in my area ( according to dealer ).

 

My understanding is the 37 ft/lbs was a misprint.
It should have been 73 ft/lbs.

Wow. Thats crasy. I will torque them to 70ft lbs tomorrow.
