Don't want to join the argument but they are not the same. The model # on mine are 994036. They are new from AVS. They do not stick out as far and cover lower on the window. Yes they are in channel mount but different than your.image.jpg

I bought the full Ref 450Q kit. I did it myself as stated above. My vehicles don't go to any other garage other than mine.

It goes back in the shop Monday to get the 4 wheel alignment. They ordered new bolts to put on the shackles that came in Friday.

Running boards, Truxedo Truxport tonneau cover, Husky floor mats, Tacoma OEM bed mat
Today I washed and waxed it. In the last couple months I added running boards, Husky floor mats, and Truxedo Truxport cover. Next is a set of Fuel Maverick wheels with K02's, but that's going to have to wait until our kitchen remodel finishes bleeding me dry.

Did another lift install today. OME 888 Coils on 5100's set at 0, LR UCA's, Dakar rear leafs, and 5100's in the back. Truck turned out so awesome! I'm sure the other member(Josh) will post up pics in a bit.

Mine were before today. Had them replaced under warranty cause they squeeked horribly. Dealership said it was the second set they replaced so far

Parked next to Mr. Lifted twin at the shooting range today. Looks nice with the lift I may have to do that to mine.20160611_133614.jpg 20160611_133544.jpg

    Great looking truck!

    3 questions....

How well does that bed cover fit? Easy install? and Once rolled up, how much space does it take up? Like 2-3 inches?

Wondering if my little boat will fit with it rolled up.

Looks to be more reasonably priced than a lot of the others.

    Thanks in advance!!

WOW. Makes the truck look bigger in every way. Wider and all.

    What size lift? You know?

Im also liking those blacked out tail lights too.

Saw the compact in-dash amp install, and thought that it was terrific; I noticed you got a little bit attacked for asking your question. I'm new here, but that makes me sad.

SO... Here's my first swing at it. Maybe someone can let me know if I'm missing something important?

    1x: Amp: Kenwood KAC-M1804
1x: Wire Harness - To Speakers: Metra 70-1761
1x: Wire Harness - To Head Unit: Metra 71-1761
2x: RCA Pigtails (If you don't want to cut up the Amp's wiring)
alternatively to the RCA pigtails... you can also get 1 red/white rca cable and cut it in half. :)

You'll also need a soldering iron/solder (Or I guess you could do butt-splices and a crimper), heat-shrink/electrical tape, various zip-ties, wire strippers and basic tools like that.

One big question I have outstanding is whether or not additional power is necessary to run to the amp, rather than just tapping into the head-unit's power supply.

@Diego1931 if you look at my build, it shows how I wired it. Wires were not like the YouTube shows. I used the same harness as him too.

To me, I was a mechanic for 20 years, from the pics they don't really look that bad. I personally wouldn't be stressed about it. Depending on where you live, rust cam build up quicker

Did you go with 55w kit? How does it compare with the opt 7 led?
