I have a question on fitment, are these meant to fit a truck bed that does not have a liner? I have an OE liner on my 2001 and looking for a setup to support an RTT.

Is it an over the rail liner, or under the rail liner? If it's under they should fit, over the rail would need to be trimmed to fit

Over the rail- would this be a mod done on your end, or the end user needs to cut and weld?

I'm saying you could trim the liner to allow them to fit, the bars would not be modified
