Possibly moving to Bend, OR need some advice

i guess this is a call for help haha, well I'll get it started.

I'm in Bend as we speak from so cal, up here checking out the area and seeing if me and the lady approve, so far so good. Is there any area of we should stay away from? What are the trails like up here? I'm into more hardcore rock crawling/a bit of overland type stuff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
