Exactly this. Yes, I start by hand and even lube it up. I usually do my maintance in a gravel driveway so I hate laying on the ground.

It's not that bad...just tighten by hand then might need filter wrench to break it loose but no biggy. Just loosen until you can do it by hand, have the pan underneath and loosen a bit until oil drains from it and let it finish then unscrew it off and dump rest of oil in pan from filter. Put old filter in new filter box. Done with messy part. Drain the pan, replace drain plug, fill it up and go. Simple. I fill the new filter with oil to minimize time to get new oil flowing thru motor on first startup. I also remove the skid pan under the motor (not the front one) for access and gives oil room to drain in pan from filter change.

Lemme look on their site or see if I can find the box. I measured filter area inside the Volant box and used the inlet size of the K&N tube to choose an appropriate universal sized cone.

I haven't measured but think it was 21-30018 which is 3" flange, 6" base, 4.75" top, 7" height

    Thanks!

I'm looking into swapping out my K&N cone with a dry one.

Look into volant/donaldson. Best filter I have found through research. A bit more money but I have zero doubts in it.

That's right! I like to take him to the beach so he don't dig up the yard so much.

She does pretty well for being stock.

I'm trying to get about 2-3 inches. Ive seen that the OME 883's are the way to go for the RC's Do you need to get 5100's to go along with it or can you run the stock shocks with them?

I'd say 884's or even 885's. If you've got the cash, just grab some 5100's to pair with them. I have the 885's, but the ride is really stiff.

I have 884's and after settling I have 2 5/8" of lift. They ride really good though.
