Yeah and some games never get fixed. That's what killed off the Medal of Honor series and even though EA is pretty cocky about Battlefield if they drop the ball one more time with that game I think a lot of people won't buy that brand again. Battlefield 3 was brutal upon release and Hardline felt like something a bunch of amateurs put together over a couple of beers.

Just look at the link I posted. Approximately 5% difference in performance, not really noticeable in most instances. 3200 mhz is just the point where going faster doesn't really net you anything, but you get most of the performance by 2666 mhz.

Corsair's top end quality isn't slipping. It's their mid-range and low-range quality that are slipping while going up in price. I remember when the original AX series were the go to series for high end performance at a reasonable price. Now almost none of their PSUs are reasonably priced, except the lowly CX430 that goes on sale for like $10-15 occasionally. It's almost as if they're milking the halo that they've built up, and that's not a good long term practice. The RM-x series though has had decent sales, and might be a step towards turning their path around.

I'm a bitch with noise in my case. I went with beQuite air cooler. Absolutely silent. On par with nh-14 for performance. And it looks fuckin sick! tmp_13795-20160623_185233_HDR-01-506439043.jpg tmp_13795-20160623_185245_HDR-011736682699.jpg
