Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Looks Good! 8" rise is perfect to stay cab high with the RTT!

Seems 8" bars are not on the website anymore.

Are they still available? If called in maybe.

8" rise was never on the website. They offer a 4"+ rise and you specify the rise you want...

Step 1: Click this link https://www.armortechoffroad.com/mobile/05-Tacoma-4-Rise-Bed-Cross-Bar_p_350.html

Step 2: Type in 8 inches where it asks you what rise you want.

Step 3: Give them your money.

    Hope that helps.

Hey KWMF! By any chance did you place your order with Armor Tech for the cross bars? I called them today and I'm not sure if they are still on business.

I'd like to purchase a pair of the 1.5" bed bars. However, I've got an All Pro Offroad bed rack that covers the entire length of the factory cleat rails.

    [IMG] [IMG]

Would it be possible, for a nominal fee, to get the bar mounts modified to fit over my existing bed rack? My goal would be have the mount holes line up with the two holes inbetween the existing bolts (seen in the pic above). I'd also need enough space on the mount part that rests on the bed rails and that touches the cleat tracks (in my case the bed rails of the bedrack) to apply some type of pad to prevent scratching or marring of my powder coating on the bedrack. Does that all make sense? If so, can you let me know what the charge and turn around time would be?

Would you be able to fab something up for a first gen (03) just like this with 1.5" tubing? I would just have to drill a few hole in the bed and nut/bolt it

Sure, we could do that. I do have a pattern for the 1st gens. It's been a while since we've done one so I'd just ask you to confirm the width of the inside edge of the bed. Cost would be the same as the 2nd gen bars.

I guess we need to raise prices, we sell those new for $31 less for the pair including hardware. But I won't, our pricing is good as is.
