How frikkin long does it take to look at my leaf springs and tell me if I'm good to go on this recall stuff.

I had a 9 o'clock appt and its now 1017. Jeez!

 

Sadly they could give 2 shits about your time or schedule. Sorry brother

 

At least 3 hours because they have customer's that are paying and making them money.

 

For info.... I'm at Avondale.

 

Took my dealership about 5 minutes to confirm I need to replace mine. Too bad it's going to take a month or two to order the parts.

 

Usually they are really good. But I deliberately always make 7am appointments so I can be first in.

 

And I'm done. 1 hour 47 minutes. Parts here in 5 or 6 weeks!

Yeah. Toyota planned this one out well......not.

Everyone over books to account for no shows. Bills still have to get paid. Gotta make sure the schedule is filled. Unfortunately, we are the ones that suffer.

You do realize the new ones, while they may be safer (more clips) won't be any more robust, right?

If you need capacity or lift you'll need another way to get there.

 

Exactly give them a few months and they will doing the reverse C. OEM garbage taken out, OEM garbage put back in.

 

I have an add the Icon add a leaf kit on my stock springs as well as a block.

And yes I know the new ones arent any beefier.
