Blazing Blue Pearl Thread

Does look good with the Blue.

 

New Tacoma owner, just picked up a 2016 SR5 4x2 DC in Blazing Blue. Wanted to check in, can't wait to scroll through this thread and see all of the other BBM trucks.

 

Are there any threads / galleries specific for 2016 BBP Tacomas custom grills? I haven't seen but a couple of BBPs with custom grills to compare.

Oh I know but the majority are for other colors. And I'm not sure what it is about BBP, but what works on other colors doesn't work on BBP IMO. The Sport wheels for one. I hated them on every color Tacoma I saw until the BBP Sport. Was just wondering if someone had amassed a collection of BBP trucks with custom grills.

 

Go to that thread and use search feature for "bbp" or "blue" and should narrow down. I have seen many dipped variations but not any after market that I recall on blue. I had same deal with wheels. Most wheels used now are so similar it is hard finding something different on blue to compare. Sport had the only decent stock wheels IMO but the whole Tacoma wheel lineup is a week point. Not crazy about mine but better than stock with a better offset. Wish they were 8.5" wide instead of 8". 9" is too wide stock but 8.5" would have fit. Just wanted to be different.

I got my BBP Tacoma about 3 months ago.

 

About two weeks away from getting my ordered BBP DCSB TRD Sport 4x4. Anybody in here add leather to theirs? Trying to see what color works best with the BBP.

 

I'm getting black leather installed on Tuesday.

 

Awesome, can you post pics when you get it done? Im trying to decide between Black and Dark Graphite. I almost decided on the Cardinal Red at the link below but can't commit to the combo.

Where do you go? Just got my truck last weekend.. down in Monterey. Didn't look around much before, and now I'm getting ready to leave again.

 

Here's mine, mesh grille with retro emblem, love it and have gotten so many compliments on it!

 

Black looks the classiest in my opinion

That looks awesome! I know I didn't want grey, so it was either the back or dark graphite Katzkin leather. It's tough trying to give the dealer an answer without my truck even being there to see the interior colors in person. I think black it is then.

 

I've heard of people going off roading in hollister hills area and some good spots near big Sur but I was thinking right up the road in Davenport off hwy 1 since I'm in Santa Cruz right now
