Hard to see, but made some brackets for my spade. Need some modification for the weight but work great.

Not to burst your bubble because they look cool as hell but, the outer bars are only supported by the tips. If you came down on a rock that hit the outer bar, with no inner support, it could bend up into the body or tear at the welds on the ends. For cosmetic purposes they look killer mounted up, but for use as real rock sliders I would put at least two supports in the middle. Just lookin out, don't hate.

Dee zee. I have had this box in 3 Tacoma's. Never failed me. I don't remember the model but just wide enough to fit between the fenders and short enough for a bed cover.

Can't make everyone happy. Offer your opinion politely and your missing "Chesticles", be blunt and your an Asshole. If I can't win either way I'll error on the side of being a respectful adult. You should try it sometime.

Thanks! And yeah I know. The caps are 1/4" plate so they are a little stronger than they look but a solid impact would probably break it. However I'm not going to be doing too crazy of shit so it'll be fine. I might end up doing some thinner plate on top to make it more solid. But they weigh about 70 lbs a piece so that might be detrimental. Something important to note it cost me $150 in material and 4 random weekends. Pretty cheap and hella fun.
