    Kinda stock
    It's easier to swap in an e locker axle and sell your stock for 250 to 200. It just bolts right into stock.

    Gears cost about 750-800 installed.

    I looked into it a while back I think there is a pnp harness for 150 that some guy makes. That is the better instead of plugging into the factory harness. Toyota electrical is a mess.

    Nah the switches are 20 amps at 12v DC. Still pretty skookum though. I'd rather run a relay (I will) though. Easy to replace relays.

    Probably are :goingcrazy:..... shoot thought an axle swap would be cheap. Actually if I'm going to be smart I should get the sellers front diff and swap that into my front since it needs to be done for 4x4 conversion anyways
