I have read some other forums where people have had issues with tonneau covers wrinkling and even becoming looser due to the extreme heat temps. Whats a good cover for under $300 that will last? I hear good things about Tonno Pro

If you want a Tonneau that won't loosen up, wrinkle, or sag when it sits in the sun on a 90 degree day, you're probably going to have to look at hard covers. Soft covers are designed to be flexible, so when you get them hot that's what they're going to do.

A quality used piece. One where someone is trading their truck or changing to a cap.

I don't think $300 will get you much in a new unit.

    Ok.

Still don't think they'll meet your criteria.

I second this sentiment. For $270 you're not going to get a high-quality unit, so it will behave cheaply.

I have a soft cover, Lund TriFold. It stands up to the 90+ temps here in Alabama. I believe I paid right at $300 for it, but it was on sale. Regular price was around $350 shipped.
