Headstrong really came through for me! I was going to wait for the Black Friday sale, but they are going to match their liquidation sale price, on the things that I want to order, and get them custom made from Icon. Im really impressed with Headtrong. I definitely recommend buying from them! And they have free shipping too.

Im just putting off anything that I need to buy, until I order the suspension. I also have to pay for the 2nd half of my rear bumper from Bruteforcefab, once that is ready to ship. Hopefully at the end of this week.

Performance reviews are always fun... Not I had mine a couple months ago. We do our own online, After a couple hours I finished and saved... And the damn computer dumped it:smash:

Meh...perforamnce evals and Merit raises are bogus...In my company. There is a part of the budget saved for merit raises which are given out based on your position on a bell curve....people that are 5/5 will get a max raise, everyone from lets say 1/5-4.5/5 will basically get the same raise...If you're really good, you get a boost...for a few years... THEN every few years they reevaluate your pay based compared to the average pay in the position at a similar sized company....then the guy who's had a shity review and shitty raise for a few years gets a bigger bump than the guy that's been doing awesome...thereby neutralizing the merit raises....stupid..

Union=everyone gets the same raise. The 20 year veteran gets the same raise and PAY as the person that started last month! And the union I was in (unfortunately) could take your last raise back if cost of living went down. One of the reasons I no longer work there.
