What is the best way to tie in four new air on board switches to the truck's native illumination when ignition is on? I was hoping someone may have a quick write-up or diagram showing how it was accomplished.

3 new switches in the 3 panel option + 1 new switch for the blank to the left of steering wheel.

Looking for a switch that will fit the 3 hole unit that is backlit blue, and says "Bed Lights" or something to that effect. Any recommendations?

I don't have the pic u want. But have seen it on another members truck and it looks good. The only thing that does not match is the color of the back lighting. I'll look for the thread.

    Here's that thread.

Maybe I missed it in the thread but did anyone do a write up on how to install this? What do I have to pull apart to get the little cubby out and get the panel in?

I know the cubby comes out and this goes in, I just want to make sure I don't mess anything up doing it.

I'm sure it's in the thread somewhere, but I just pulled it today for another reason, so I'll fill you in.

The whole assembly with the cubby and the stock switches below comes out as a unit. It is just held in with clips, so I gently pried it out with a trim tool, but you could use a small flat screwdriver (carefully).

Once the assembly is out, you remove the cubby from the back of the assembly. I didn't do it, but it looks like it's held on with 4 Philips screws.

Looks to be a quick and easy job.
