Hey, are those the Fiberwerks 6" fenders? I'm curious about fitment on a 37" tire... Would you say that the tires stick past ~2" or so?

 

these were fiberwerx 6" fenders.. they have been cut and redesigned/extended about 2"-2.5" maybe more not sure.. and were made to fit 35-37" tires and the dtf race kit.. regular fiberwerx with this kit the tire would def stick out past the fenders.. got the fenders made from @tacomonazul on here (slxmotorsports)

 

the fenders are wide! just like the race kit they stick out a hair past the side mirrors

 

Oh wow that's awesome, so the tires don't stick out past the fenders at all? What wheels are you using? I want to look up the backspacing.
That's really awesome that you were able to get these customized like that... I had no idea you could rework fiberglass. Also explains why your fenders didn't look like the stock fiberwerx ones. It looks really incredible now!

 

thanks! they are really close to the fender edge.. they look pretty in line but if i were to measure i think the tires stick out maybe 1/4 or 1/2 past so they are pretty spot on.. the wheels are method race wheels double standards 17" if i remember right they are 4.75 BS and -12 offset i think.. the homie tacomonazul that made them to fit his DTF kit posted up some pix while they were getting made.. and since i was waiting on my dtf kit i asked him to make a second set for me..

 

Very cool man I'm gonna need to see if I can get a set made when the DTF 4x4 kit comes out. Can't wait to see what you do with your truck now. You should wrap it

 

he can proly def have another set made when ur ready.. they will fully tuck 37s to ya im waiting for a few different companies to get a quote back to me on wrap pricing.. should be sending the truck back up to DTF some time after the new year for the rear suspension so i might wait till after that to wrap it to, not sure
