NOOO!!!! Not so sure about the MOVE program and their ideology, but know that you are trying your best. The whole time I was in the Navy struggled with my weight to make BF standards and they put me on the bouncing bears program wherever I went. Restricted calorie diet, exercise it didn't matter. Wasn't until I got out and went on Atkins and kicked carbs to the curb that I finally lost weight. I worked my ass off in the engine room and fire room for 20 years, talk about nuts- on a 600 pound steam plant you are supposed to torque to 750 psi. 1200 psi to 1500 lbs per inch (125%). No torque wrench can fit in the tight spaces of steam flanges on a ship you use a slugging wrench and sledge hammer

When you swing a 20 pound sledge and the nuts twitch once you have reached torque on a 600 psi plant, which is 750 lbs. Twice on a 1200 pound plant 1500 lbs but more times than not you're going to have a hernia operation if your not careful LOL. All that physical exercise anaerobic and aerobic help but don't solve the issue. And the issue is different for different people. Experiment and find out what works for you, that is the single most important thing IME. Good luck and try to stay the course.

On the Cannoli's yeah I would love one. First time pulled into Italy there was an open air cafe that had cannoli's and milk. I ordered both, milk was in short supply once you were out to sea more than a couple of weeks let alone months. Took a bite of the Cannoli and washed it down with milk turns out it was goat's milk and I spewed forth all over the place LOL. If it was cow's milk out of the bulk tank off the top and almost pure cream without the agitator being run would have been in heaven. But it is thoughts like the goats milk that help me get through the tough times. We are not all the same and Weight Watchers works for many. And restricted calorie diets like the Mayo Diet. Find out what works for you and try to stick with it. And I wish you the best!

Too hot to sleep but temps and humidity are dropping finally.

    Good Morning everyone
wow a hot one last night up here. had to go to the basement to sleep as I don't have AC. This only happens a few time a year. It stormed big time and now it cooler.
hope to go kayaking today. as grass cutting is a no go because of the rain last night.

send your truck East for safe keeping. I may even give you the garage.....but not in the winter!
I'll be happy to start it up often and test drive it 5 days a week ok maybe 7.
