Yes they are and I haven't noticed any bounce as of yet, haven't really done much night driving though. So far everything seems pretty solid and these hook up directly to your battery so that eliminates any flickering that might happen with other types of HIDs.

Yeah, no flickering. Toyota is good on that, unlike Mopar and European makes with all their fancy canbus systems and such

Big thank you to @TRSAndrew for the quick shipping/handling, and a quality product! I got my 4500k 35w kit today, and just finished installing it. From what I can see, no vibrations/shakes as experienced with the other bulb temperatures.

Also thank you @AndyNguyen for the great idea for the bracket. It really cleans it up in the otherwise busy area on the drivers side. Only thing I wish I did was spray paint, instead of using plasti-dip on the bracket, as it ripped when I was tightening it. image.jpg

Following @AndyNguyen 's footsteps, I got this from Home Depot. The bent part you see on my bracket is the bottom of the T shown below. You'll also need to cut the excess so it doesn't hit the battery strap, and drill about a 6mm hole for the battery tie down. You'll also want to drill another hole for the ballast frame to bolt up to. After that I applied two coats of plasti-dip, but in hindsight I should have just used spray paint or something more permanent.

Sub'd for the bracket idea! My set of HIDs just came in for my low beams.

How you like the HIDs? I put LEDs in for my low beams and I might as well have just removed them all together....useless. I want something brighter than the stock bulbs.

Very happy so far. I can see so much better than with the stock lights. I saw a very tiny bit of bounce in the passenger side; that's about it. I need to get LEDs for the high beams still.
