Low Range Offroad

Has anyone dealt with them? I wanted to order something from them so called their shop 5 times, twice an employee picked up the phone and without uttering a word just hung up on me....3 other calls went to voicemail after about 7 rings.


Guess that helped make up my mind about giving them my business.

 

I've had no problems with them, but also never dealt with them by phone, just through email (I like paper trails with anybody). Always been great to work with for me.

 

Oh, and they are super backloaded/busy right now I assume with the HUGE OME Group Buy.

 

I ordered some Dakars from them about a month ago. Emailed them right after I placed the order and asked about estimated delivery time. The next morning they replied and provided the needed info. Had the springs in under a week.

Customer service was perfect. I would buy from them again.

 

have bought stuff from them for years and never and issue and always get my parts quick. however i have never picked up the phone to call them. who does that? what is it 1997? lol

 

I hated them, I ordered a driveshaft spacer from them and it was the wrong part and wouldn't accept the part back because it was "damaged in shipping" when in reality it had a few small scratches from the screws moving around the box. I sent it back the same way they sent it to me and they refused to give me a full refund. Ill try to find a thread I started on them and I'll post it here. 0/10 take your business elsewhere

I normally don't complain about much and i don't care about 15 bucks, ask people on here who I've sold stuff to, I never hassle people for a few bucks if the shipping cost is over what I thought It'd be. But a man who goes back on his word isn't a man at all. Just my thoughts. Your truck though so do what you want

 

I just ordered 1200 bucks worth of stuff from Low Range Off Road. I talked to them on the phone several times. they were difficult to get at times but I could tell they were swamped. I ordered bilsteins and ome coils and shackles and dakars, shift knobs and everything came super fast. ordered late on a friday, they got everything out early on monday and i received it all next day. they even threw in a free hat for me. I thought the customer service was awesome! I dealt with Goose, emailed him photos and told him kind of what I was wanting and he put together a whole package for me. They really did hook me up. I'm super pleased with their knowledge and service. I will absolutely buy from them again. In fact I'll be shopping with them again in about a week. I would highly recommend LROR to anyone of my friends or family. and their shift knobs are super bad ass.

 

Man I wish I had that experience, I hate bashing people
