Had a great weekend at badlands with some new friends.

All loaded up and ready to leave

@geekhouse23 and I always end up at bdubs. This time on the way to @NwiTACO for new bumpstops and putting in the 4th leaf for the Chevy 63s

Finally got to wheel with him and sit passenger in his truck. Had too much adrenaline to think about asking to drive haha. Maybe next time though. It's my all time favorite truck. My hope is to make enough money to have my own lol.

Oh I know. I just had never been in it except to get tools. Plus Eva (his daughter) was in the truck too.

Next purchase. Have some personal finances to take care of so next paycheck or two. Plus still trying to figure out where/how to mount them.

Yup. He needs them because the 63's will flex beyond the shock so you need to limit the droop so you don't over extend the shock. You and I have dakars that limit the droop at the same point

Not sure why people put limit straps up front with a MT build.. Can't droop far enough to bind a cv

Actually his 63s are maxed out for droop at the same time his shocks are. It's all about how it's setup. His springs are maxed on droop and then were forced beyond taht, then the axle end mounts positioned.

Blanket statements are why people rush out and spend money they don't need too.

awesome build! subbed! I think you just found me on instagram. @yuenique .

How do you like the Plano cases? I am planning on getting a 36" one to store recovery gear on my bed bars

I think @Lots2Learn58 was trying to convince me to get the same rear shock setup as you

And I like them. I have tools in one side and recovery gear in the other. I can also stick my maxtrax in between them.

Sorry. Been kinda MIA saving up for my pelfreybilt front bumper, light kit, brute force fab bumper reinforcements, 700# coils and stuff to revalve them.

Also @LoadedTaco called me up the other day that his DK LCAs are squeaking and noticed a squeak on my truck. Not sure what it is yet. Also still have a bit of a rumbling sound when in drive and stopped at a light. Goes away when I switch into neutral. Any suggestions?
