Single arm 55 double pre injury was 105 both arm. If I counted the bar correctly. Never tried a full straight bar. Just the ez bar and two 45s

No clue. Is that a thing? Do people "max" on BB curls?

    I don't think that's a thing.

People that want to get big, yeah. Heavy barbell curls are the choice mass builder. Ez curl bars aren't. I've done my fair share so I'm not talking bad on those. Curling 2 wheels on a 45lb bar is also cool, right? I was reminiscing and thought I'd throw it out there for all you studs on here.:militarypress:

That's different. That's not maxing out on BB curls.

Man, if I had to choose any cheat meal, it'd be Little Caesar's Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizza. I know they're shitty $5 pizzas, but that's the best pizza to me. I like thin pizza and thin crust, so it's perfect. Throw some ranch dressing and green olives on there and I'm good to go

We ended up staying in Deep Hole campground, in between Blue Ridge and Suches. Zero cellphone service, which was really nice. We only got rained on for like an hour Saturday afternoon, but it was overcast the whole trip, which I loved b/c fuck the sun. We only went trout fishing once (Saturday morning) and we fished for like and hour with no luck and then my brother-in-law took some of my dog's dog food and put it on the hook and we caught like 9-10 that way. It was in a stocked park of the Toccoa, so none of them were big.

Now for the diet aspect of my trip: I spent all night Thursday using my new meal prep containers and even brought my whole tub of protein with me. Did great Friday...they stopped by Chick-Fil-A on the way up there and all I got was an unsweet tea. Saturday morning, I did great, minus a few pieces of bacon with my breakfast. At lunch, I went to get one of my containers out of the cooler and everything was soaking wet...the containers definitely aren't water-tight...had to throw everything out and eat what everyone else was eating, which wasn't that bad. We had some ground beef that a friend gave us from one of the cows on his farm that he slaughtered, so I lived off that and protein shakes the whole trip.

Yesterday was pretty bad, though: had eggs and bacon for breakfast, but we stopped at Firehouse on the way home and I got the Italian, which is 1390 calories, 68 p, 111 c, and 79 f....but look how good it looks:

After we got home, I was already in 'fuck it' mode, so I had some Pizza Rolls, 2 pizza lunchables, and 2 scoops of protein before going to bed. Total calories were right at 2600, which is about my TDEE, so that's good, I guess.

    Do it. What's your height/weight/bf%?

I hate CT Fletcher. So annoying.

Yea I remember you saying you were going to deep hole. I actually went past the campground late Friday night. Went out and just took a ride through the mountains to relax for a while.

I thought about it, but didn't want to seem like a stalker (although I might be stalking you). I saw the deep hole sign and was like "oh yea, Zach is there, we should stop."

Can you imagine if we got a picture together for this thread? Everyone's heads would explode upon seeing it.
