I know what's causing it, the black rubber seal that goes in the back of the headlight around the bulb to keep water out is gone. I can't find anyone who will sell me theirs. And I can't find them online . Anyone know what else I can do?

Make sure the light housing is completely dry, then take some high temp RTV sealant and make your own gasket, kind of go around where the bulb socket locks into the housing with a nice bead of RTV then put the socket into the housing. When it cures in a few hours you should be all set!

What if I need to replace them? I mean they are LED.. so I shouldn't need too for years.

The led's I can almost guarantee that's why you have condensation, they don't generate enough heat to vaporize any moisture that gets into your headlight housing. Very common problem on new 1/2 tons with LED daytime running lights here in Canada.
