    I emailed her today and suggested she add additional staff if scheduling permits due to the large turnout.

    I know our group is great with respecting rules and laws, but as a reminder- We need to make sure we are not leaving the garage area with beer as they will be risking their alcohol permit (and you're technically at fault for an open container)

    They have a large-ish back room with a garage door that opens out onto the back parking lot (your typical behind a strip mall employee parking/delivery driver area).
    Last time they setup some chairs around 55 gallon casks that we could use as tables. However the number of chairs was a little light, so additional chairs that we bring may be useful.
    My plan this time around was to bring an ez-up to place just outside the garage door. This will provide a little shade for overflow people standing outside (no drinks) and will also shade the entire inside section closest to the door. Last time this was an uncomfortable area to sit as sunlight was streaming in and heating up the first 5-10 feet of the room. I don't think we really need a crapload of ez-ups as we won't be able to take drinks outside. One or 2 should cover door duty.

    Does anyone have any easy camping suggestions that are within an hour or two of Denver? I figured I'd ask here before googling and coming up with the busy spots. I would just be camping out of the back of the truck so no tent site needed.

    girlfriend wants to see stars this weekend :)
