For that money I'd find me a competent tech to fix my truck and live happily ever after for the next 20yrs, but I don't think that's your style lmaoo!
All manufacturer warranties are B/S, don't buy a vehicle, any vehicle based on that

Or a new crying place lolo!

Squeaky springs, a tranny TSB update and a diff ?
I've had worse in other vehicles. If you had a honda and they forgot the snap rings in the 34,000 engines like they did on the civic, would it be doomsday ? I'll take the squeaky spring.

@smitty99-Your issues shouldn't exist, they don't for me.
Transmission issue- gone TSB, Spring noise, bad install, find competent truck shop and have them fix it- gone.
Your rear end issue? Maybe bad install, maybe be a new, different set of tires - gone. You'd be surprised how much tires contribute to what seems rear end noise and how often it is misdiagnosed.

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

Btw, I don't have stock tires, no rear end noise. The ppl complaining about rear end noise? Most all posting have TRD OR all make noise. Maybe it's the tires they went with for this model year. Next year they might have a different contract/tire supplier and no more problemo.
I would would see if Firestone still have a promotion where they let you try a set of tires and if not satisfied they take them back. But you may have to
pay for install. I would just wait till the stock ones wear out and see.
    But that's just me
    Cheers!

I will say, I have never seen a group of grown ass truck owning Men, bitch about a vehicle this much.

Try having a 2015 VW GTI with 300 miles develop a crack in the black plastic panoramic moonroof bezel. The dealer tells you that they will need to completely strip your new vehicle interior out down to the door line inside, remove the 1200.00 windshield, and a 1500.00 moonroof cassette. Placing ultrasonic heaters on the bare interior roof to melt the urethane adhesive, and then pry and scrape the remaining glue and plastics off possibly removing paint and primer in the process to reinstall a new piece. On top of several interior pieces either being installed wrong or broken from the factory too. All that after owning a Jeep JK that couldn't stay out of overdrive to save its own life and had no power along with constant quality issues like the whole radio bezel separating from the clip frame, bolts stripping out, wiring issues, etc. You want a reason to be pissed and whine? A squeaky leaf or a minorly bothersome transmission... LoL, nothing worth crying over.

After dealing with the slowmotion, shitty shifting of a 3.8L/42RLE Jeep and the supposed high end build quality of a Mexican VW, I'll take this dream cruise of a Tacoma any day.

Seriously? Get over it? I bought a new vehicle because I didn't want to deal with repairing shit every other week. Why spend 35k on a truck when I could spend less than 10k to have a truck that drives with a howling diff, squeaking springs, vibration issues, howling wind seals etc etc.

People should be pissed they spent a good amount of money on a truck exhibiting issues of a 10+ year old truck only to get the runaround at the dealer which is supposed to hold up the "oh so great" warranty toyota advertises.

No, that's the international model. I don't think they will stick to that styling as well. They will probably tailor it more towards the American market. More of a rugged look, bigger grill, etc. I'd imagine they make it look more like a smaller F-150. They are bringing the Ranger back, not the sport trac (which is what the international version looks like an update of).

They'll probably take a good piece of the market if they make it look nice and drop an ecoboost paired with their new 10 speed auto in it.

Truck driveability has improved by quite a bit for me. Gas mileage has gone up. It's a bit more punchy and not dead at the 40mph range. Still not perfect though. Tends to stick in lower gears a bit more than I think it should.

17k miles and still no regrets.

Yeah there is no way Ford or any auto company will release a full-detailed image of a truck in development this far out from launch. And as others have stated, this is the international version. The US version will likely get it's own styling. Will probably look more like a min-full size like the Tacoma and GM Twins do.
Also, I wouldn't pin a lot of hope on the Ranger getting a ton of power and capability either. At least not at an affordable price. Ford deseprately wants to keep the sales title for the F-series and offering a 2.7 EcoBoost with a better power to weight ratio than a F-150 could potentially cannibalize sales and make sales for the more-profitable F-150 drop. Ford will not let that happen.
