Great to hear! That picture looks gnarly. The first photo you posted didn't do your situation any justice!

Wheeler pass recovery pictures. We arrived. Truck was stuck against some trees. No winches, so we strapped to tree and used hi-lift jack to move truck away from trees. We reset and strapped from rear to the FJ to move truck rear end over. Some of these movements didn't go as planned. Truck slide further off trail and even more into the trees. Somewhere at this point driver side mirror is broken off. We get to a point where we can just let truck roll back and swing away from the trees. At this point truck is free from trees and is able to turn around. Look, truck is free, see missing mirror! On way back we run into a side by side with a coil-over problem. I don't know what happened, just that it came off. We helped them too. Got the coil over off then reset and installed again with a strap attached to keep it from doing what it did the first time. They limped back to the safety of their trucks and trailers. Last picture airing back up. S and J provided lunch to us and his buddy, I'd say it was a good day! The trail he got stuck on wasn't terrible long but boy was it fun. There was a super tight 90 degree corner with a nice inside ledge to contend with along the way up. Actually got to use my sliders for the first time on this spot. Lots of desert pin striping, not for the faint of heart. Sorry no videos, it all went so slow, nothing really exciting happened in a short amount of time.

    Right on!

Hopefully he found his mirror. Put that bad boy in a glass case and display it in the trophy room/garage!
