Race should've been over an hour ago.

And first 4 cars may run out of fuel.

NBC sucks.... skip the burnout to show Tony Stewart and Jeff Gordon.... they couldn't even get a top 10 with half the field wrecked!

Man that was disappointing on so many levels. Could care less if they ever come back here again and IMS probably feels the same. It honestly looked like 10% of capacity!

    DVR, man!

Ahhh....it's just KB burnout. You seen one, you seen 'em all! Isn't that like a weekly thing for him? I thought the Jeff & Tony thing was cool and awkward at the same time. I think Jr. would've run better in his own car tho. :burnrubber:

Jeff lost my respect at Atlanta motorspeedway this year. The prick was a dick to a little kid in front of everyone. And KB has lots of fans.... go to AMS

Everybody is allowed a few Bad Days. Lord knows we've all been a dick to somebody somewhere. Dale Earnhardt was a dick to me at AMS when I was a kid, but I didn't hold it against him.

Well he advertised with your insiders club pass he would sign an autograph and take a picture after a question session with him, well he bolted without signing the first autograph or taking any pictures.... kid asked for an autograph and he says sure, if you can catch me on the way to the car (that had the door open at the end of the stairs leading off stage with security blocking him off... AMS lost some ticket sales that day...

Oh yeah! My 5yo is the biggest dick at race tracks. Punching, yelling, tantrums, complaining... Drives me nuts, but all he talks about afterwards is how awesome it was and how thankful he is for me taking him to the track.

Bill Elliott did that to me at AMS when I was a kid. I goofed it and stayed up with him. He finally relented and signed my card after about 30 yards :)

Word is, his second wife is his publicist and keeps a SHORT leash on him.

My Dad took to me to Talladega as a kid when they would open the gate at the start-finish line to let fans into the pits after the race. We went straight to Petty's pit. He was there by his car talking and signing autos for everyone. He signed one for me, talked to us & I got to stick my head in the car. I've been a fan since that day
I took my GF's 10 yr old son two years ago. I got us bottom row seats just past turn 4 before the Tri-Oval. We got sandblasted the entire race but he loved it and still watches and wants to talk about it.
If I saw Jeff do that to a kid I'd be pissed too & probably let him know about it!

I'm just saying everybody has bad days, for or against Jeff, it's tough to put on a smile every day for every person. I deal with the public on a day to day basis and occasionally ya gotta refrain yourself from taking a sharpie and jamming it into someone's aorta. I think other sports figures are way worse than Nascar drivers as a whole as far as negative public attitude.

You still don't help sell tickets for an event, then back out.
