Running Icon Coilovers on the front with Light Racing Upper Control Arms. I have the Toyota TSB rear springs on the back.

Yeah, I keep an eye out on all the Tacoma's we have in the lot and when yours showed up, I took notice. Those rims are tight.

Thanks, they have been sitting in my garage for over a year (long story)

Another '14 DCLB showing up next week. Jake is a good guy and coming over from RTC, like myself. The red DCSB in the upper lot (Dave) is a friend also and left us at RTC several months ago.

It's been a bit since I've posted in the Alabama thread. How's everyone doing? Been a busy few months with my Tacoma a lot has changed. I've gotten the lift installed, new wheels, RTT and Allpro rack.

Anyone know of some good trail riding and camping in North AL? This is my last year in Mobile and I want to check out the rest of the state before I try to move to the West Coast.

Anywhere in the state really I don't mind driving. Not looking for super hard core trails yet (still need armour and a means of self recovery) just some good forest roads or modest trails that might be in the area of some good camping so I can put my RTT to use.

Maybe try the Perdido WMA? It would be closer. I've been wanting to check it out. I lived in Mobile for several years. I just did the Talladega National Forest, see pics a few paged back. I had a good time, and plan to hit the trails in the opposite direction soon.

I try to get up that way as much as I can. I've almost hiked the entire AL Pinhoti and completing that is on my bucket list before I leave the state too.

I'll have to see if I can find your pictures.

Yeah, i'd like to do the complete Pinhoti as well. I've done most of the trails within the Talladega/Cheaha mountain range. The skyway/chinnabee/pinhoti loop is a fun overnighter. I'm going to incorporate it into my next offroad trip up there. I'll hit county rd 600-1 at its southern most point, run it north to 600-2 all the way to Adams Gap, and camp around there. Then hit the loop hiking the next morning.

We should get a group trip going. I'm down most times if we can constrain it to a weekend, trying to save all my leave for when I move across the country next year.

I'd be down with that, but I am admittedly picky about people I backpack/camp with--too many bad experiences. Also, I'm waiting until fall for the camping. It's way too hot, and the bugs are horrible right now (ticks, mosquito, biting flies, etc.).. it was a bloodbath deep in the woods this weekend.

Ha no big deal I totally understand on the first part. I too am waiting for fall to get here and get back into the swing of camping and backpacking. Excited to throw the Tacoma and RTT into the mix this year.

Hahaha.. Not at all... I got into a rigorous time with school there for a while, and pretty much put everything but fishing on the back burner.

Hey, does anyone know a place down by the coast that will give you a good deal on used tires? I've got about 12k miles on mine and wouldn't mind getting some cash to throw towards the new ones.
