It's not far from there at all, maybe 10-15 miles or so if I remember correctly?

Like 20 minutes. Just a little past the Cleghorn entrance on 138. The trail starts off the 173 just above Silverwood lake

Alright, cool. I have some mods to handle but they can wait till Sunday. Are skids needed? If so then I'm out. Those are the mods Im talking about needing to be addressed.

I don't think you need full skids.I don't have em. The craziest hill has a fire trail around it. I read a thread on here of a bunch of tacomas gettin thru no problem. They even dragged a 2wd guy thru it.lol

I've watched a ton a vids on it and it just doesn't seem that bad. Haven't seen one where skids or rock sliders come into play. But we all know videos do you no justice. This is the only Tacoma world thread I can find on it. They got some alright pics.

I wonder if "MadMan" Steeze took my advice and pre-runnered it through the Desert to Vegas today?

We need to do Mojave trail this winter!

haha that's right, forgot he had that going on today. Was wondering where he was at @MADSTEEZE :boink:

I agree, based on those pics it doesn't look too bad...with sliders and a lift (and t-case skid) I think I should be good. Seems like there are ways around some of the tricky spots too if needed, always good to know when hitting up an unfamiliar trail.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

By the way Ryan, shouldn't you be Ubering it to closest strip club right now?

It's all part of the Healing process.

Modern strip clubs are Tinder. He's switching back and forth.

Sounds awesome. Too bad you and I couldn't attend this one. Their routes look challenging in spots but lots of fun. It would be cool to get there and spend Thanksgiving at the free cabins Shane knows of.
