For anyone that has a plate bumper on a 12-15 how much lip is in front of the grille? I want to mount a pair of Lightforce 170s and want to find out how much room I would have to work with.

There's not much. His bumpers fit tighter than a lot I've seen, which I actually like. I can get you a picture of mine in the morning
Edit: stole these screenshots from old pictures on my phone. Let me know if you need better detail in the morning. I'm not familiar with the lights, but I believe you'll be good as far as room goes. I'm 99% sure my Hella 110s would fit there

Question for those of you running square led pods in your bumper..what brand are you running and where did you get them?

I just got a brute force fab bumper but my rigid industries led pods are to tall to run in the opening. I'm hoping to run a set of driving lights and one set of amber fogs.

I'm running side track off-road led pods. They are 3x2.

What size Rigid pods do you have that won't fit? I am looking at getting the same bumper but want to plan ahead to get lights that will fit it.

I'm just have the standard 2x2 led pods from rigid. If you look at led pods from the side view, rigids mounting brackets mount on the lower 3rd of the pod while some company's brackets mount in the middle of the pod. The rigid pods sit to high.

I will try and get some pics for you tomorrow.

A little of this and a little of that
For the guys thinking about spraying their bumpers with Line-X or something similar. Billy's bumpers are built to fit spot on and these rubberized coatings will add thickness on the mating surfaces causing a little bit of a headache. I found out the hard way and needed to grind off certain areas of Line-X coating so my front bumper/brackets would fit as intended. That crap is NOT easy to remove! Once the mating areas were cleaned off... my bumper fit like Lego! Billy is the man!
