Anybody got an recommendations for leaf springs? I got a 6" suspension lift. I'm trying to do some research. But I have no idea what I'm looking at. Does anyone know if allpro off-road sells leaf springs for 6" lifts?

I think AP only does those expo springs, which are ~3.5" of rear lift. did you look at atlas springs? I heard of a few guys going with the 6" rear for their DB lifts. I think Top Notch brings those in.

Thanks! I seen on a write up that this guy wanted to sell his atlas springs to purchase the 3.5" AP expos. He also has a 6" lift. Are the AP better then the atlas?

I can't compare them, since I've never owned either one, but I've never heard complaints from people who have them. that's weird that he ditched atlas for AP expos... must've ended up with mean bro-lean. at least with atlas, you can go all spring to get rear lift (vs. blocks). the only downside is atlas is expensive.

expos are also meant for a lot of weight, so they'll ride rough if you're running an empty bed

I dig mine, but im not pairing it with a 6" front

@ikaika go talk to the guys at top notch. He was running atlas springs on the black truck. With the all pro you're gonna have to add a block or a leaf to get the height back

I would go atlas bro n replace the blocks, that's what I was planning on doing, then you can throw on 2" shackles later if you want more lift. But if ur on a budget then you can go with AP 3.5's n stack it with 2" shackles

Yeah they're expensive, but at least you can get rid of those blocks

another option is go with any other aftermarket or stock set of leaf springs and relocate the mounts. Theres one with trailgear 5" hd springs with that to get the height without blocks. Im probably going to run into this problem with the cali bro lean with my allpro springs. Im going to just add another leaf or two, shackle flip if that doesnt work.

Finally some new rubber on the truck. Mickey thompson deegan 38s 35x12.5R16. So far these tires are awsome good ride on road and very quiet. Time to test them out offroad...

stupid question, but I never really got into offroading or anything until I moved to the mainland. the only thing I did growing up was rambling my dad's stock 87 toyota down manuka, south point, anywhere can go fishing. lol.

how's Mana Road? can you guys PM me and give me some insight? I don't really care for mud, but I wouldn't mind just driving up there and checking it out. is it pretty scenic? I'd be taking my wife and kids if it's a cool place to check out. mahalos braddahs
