Back from the beach. My favorite gym in Ocean City moved to Salisbury, MD, so I had to go to a World Gym. It wasn't too bad, about the same as the Golds where I lift at home. Hit the gym Saturday and Monday. Saturday was a really good workout, squats and bench. I'm finally back to my "old" weight on working sets on squats. My chest still fucking hurts from dropping the bar on it about 3 months ago, so bench is still a little slow. Monday was DL and OHP. OHP went great, but DL was terrible. The bars at this gym had absolutely no knurling on them and I didn't have any chalk.

@Newlife I definitely was not intermittent fasting this weekend. My diet has been so shitty lately, I don't know what my next move is. I need to do some more reading, but I'm trying to decide between carb cycling and "low" carb (around 100 carbs/day). How has IF been working out for you? When I was sticking to it, I was doing fine. I never had the side effects others on here metnioned, like light headed or dizzy etc etc.

Don't think I will be ordering musclebox again. If for no other reason than I don't understand their shipping at all...

    I'm in NC...WTF

Never even heard of the company they use, OSM Worldwide. Who doesn't use UPS/FedEx?

First week I had the dizzy and hungry feelings but it's been perfectly fine since then. Honestly enjoy it more now. Stacey gets super jealous when I come home from working out and take in about 1-1500 calories depending on the day.

Errbody talking about their bad diets and I weighed in at 194 this morning  9 lbs to go.

I'll try it tomorrow. Gotta skip today b/c I gotta cut grass after work. We're officially moving into our new home in the next few weeks, so I'm gonna be getting a lot of cardio in moving and cleaning up outside. I was in the garage yesterday dreaming about how badass it's gonna be when I get done with it. It's gonna look like a scene out of Rocky....but with naked pics of @tacopaulo on the wall for motivation.

Lol. When I ordered that Universal Animal tank from Amazon, it took like 2 months to get here. The delivery truck looked like something a child molester would drive. Good luck with that!

Congrats on the new home man. Looking forward to seeing the new laundry room lighting. I hope it was one of the deciding factors.

I am right there with ya Zach. I am weighing in at 195, so 10lbs to go. Bet I can get to 185 before you.

Thanks. I called about getting the power turned on yesterday, so I'm not too sure how the laundry room lighting is gonna be, but there's a lot of good natural anabolic lighting, so I think I'll be alright.

Well, I'm only planning on losing a pound per week, so you probably will. My goal is to hit 185 the last week of Sept.

I am currently on the lb per week track now. Gonna be a slow loss. Although I might drop 5lbs at the beginning of hunting season.

This girl that goes to my gym who is sponsored by BPI was giving out free samples yesterday and I tried the smores whey protein and, holy fuck, it was good. I was talking to her about how I was an ON whore and she said ON is great (of course), but now she's all BPI for obvious reasons. She gave me her 20% off code if you order from BPI's site, but the markup is so high on there that you can still get it cheaper on bb.com. I reeeally contemplated buying a tub when I run out, but I just couldn't bring myself to cheat on ON.

We could see who has the lowest bf% on Oct 1 (it'll probably be you) #zeroselfcontrolcrew

Or you can always go back to your old house and tell them you left a pair of socks behind the dryer. Snap some pics and GTFO...

Just hit 225x 9.5 on bench. The 9th rep was tough and I knew 10 was going to be impossible but I went for it anyway. My thumb was throbbing so hard...

    ...so was something else ;)

Haha oh I'll still have access to the laundry room. We lived with her parents, so I can still go there whenever I want and snap sexy laundry room pics.

Pretty sure the skinny asian couple that was just standing in the middle of the weight room on their phones were playing pokemon. Pretty sure you can catch gainz you play at the gym.

I caught a paras (bug pokemon) when I walked in the gym today. Then I hit a PR on my 225x bench

    pokemon = gainz

@dwalden2, my lats are already getting sore! I might start doing that regularly, but with some middle back stuff thrown in there. I forgot how much better it is to follow a program...beats the hell out of just going through the motions and doing what you want to. Might even start back on the good ol tried-and-true Doug's 4 Day.
