My name is Dan. I recently joined after reading a review on a member that has built a heated mirror kit for the Tacoma. I live in Texas but have dew on mirrors all summer and frost in the winter.

I bought a 2015 Magnetic Gray 4X4 Texas Edition Tacoma last May as a retirement present. I now work at a local college police academy as a Driving and Firearms Instructor. I use my truck to tow Fords all over the track when they break down. I also added a 20" Rigid Industries light bar in the lower front cowling with their behind the fascia mounting kit. Works great.

I enjoy reading the posts on this site and looking forward to learning more form you all.

    Thanks again for having me,

    Dan (CSI248)

Original plans were to buy a Tundra 1794, but I decided on the Tacoma as a real work truck. Best decision I ever made. Best vehicle I have ever had. Looking at getting a heated mirror kit from Up2NoGood and get that installed soon I hope.
