No flares, cab mount chopped about 3/8 of an inch, 1 3/4 inches cut out of the fenders and pinch weld beat down flat as possible.
Still rubs the pinch weld at full lock

Finished lift today. Got roughly 2.5 inches in front and 2inch in back. I was hoping for a little more rake but what can ya do.

    5100 bilstein small around
    OME 884 coils
Toytec progressive AAL (with factory overload)
    Sway bar relocation kit
    Pro comp 5001s 16x8, 0mm offset, 4.5 backspace
    265/75r16s Copper Discoverer RTXs

Now I just gotta color match the grill and blackout the badges and rear bumper.

I'll have some better pics later.

Ride is great. I got the mud grapplers used and theyre worn evenly, running 50 psi. The only noticeable difference us how loud they are and how much grip they have compared to an all terrain

    Good looking truck,

Can I ask how well the running boards do with keeping crap off your truck.

I am looking for a reason to remove my flaps but would like a little protection from "Everything" getting deposited on the side of the rig.

    Update.
I set the Bilsteins to the .85" and it definintly looks better. I'm left with about 1" front rake. Blacked out the badges and rear bumper, color matched the grill surround. Done for now.

Chopped plastic and removed front mud flaps.
    No metal work
Wheelers AAL HD leaf pack kept overload spring.
Currently experiencing rubbing on UCA, well before full lock. Considering .75" to 1" spacers, though not sure which to run. Would like tires to clear UCA's but remain under fender.
    20160726_191338.jpg
Previously ran same suspension with 285/70/17's BFG AT's and had no rubbing at Full lock or full flex without sway bar. But rubbed slightly on the frame while reversing with slight flex and hard turns, no mall out of a driveway.
Though the tires are virtually the same size the 16" TRD Offroad rim has a backspace of 5.25" and my aftermarket 17" rims had a backspace of 4.5".

    Deaver AAL for the rear
    Bora 1.25" spacers all around
Had some rubbing in the front with the mud flaps so I tossed those. And the tire was to close for comfort to the UCA, so i added the spacers.
Don't have any rubbing with normal driving, but if i hit a driveway at the right angle i can get a little rub. Also have the dreaded ckunk with the UCA's hitting the spring if I hit a big dip with speed.
Also have a issue with trying to tuck the rear wheels. Popped a couple rivets on the rear mud guard. Pics included.

Here you can see where i busted the rivets
