    ..Yeah it get it................................................
I myself am a brand loyalist....love my Toyota{s},but I am not a fanboy. I think that people with issues should for sure not put up with them and look the other way,but aggressively pursue getting them resolved.Whether they bring the issue to a forum or not is their call, but it does benefit those reading the forum.I think accepting minor annoyances can just lead to a lower standard product wise from a company.

Buy a Rator instead and do something like this....

The interwebs need a new truck video to laugh at as this one is getting old.

Makes you think twice about making a long travel buggy and leave all of those bags in there. ;)

Yes, I would buy again; if based solely on the truck. My problem is corporate; I will not be returning to Toyota after my recent dealings with them.
I've had a few "problems", but none of them has been a surprise, really. Honestly, I don't see how anyone familiar with Tacomas, would be.
I anticipate a few more "problems" down the road, but I already have plans for those fixes, if not covered under warranty.

    New freakin' jersey
I would absolutely buy it again and I almost didn't based on "all" the negative reviews on here. The only issue I had was failure to up shift using cruise control.. TSB fixed that.

yep, even though I thought I was perfectly happy with the truck before, the TSB has made me like the truck even more.

Possibly I would but it would be with a manual transmission, not an automatic, and stock head unit that I would budget for a quality replacement when I purchased.

Not enough time with it to form an opinion. It was certainly the best option based on what other trucks are available at that price point.

I've been driving Toyota and Lexus trucks and suvs since 92. In that span I had a Ford Expedition. Sold my 2002 Sequoia and bought a 2005. Had it 5 months before Ford bought it back under the lemon law. My buddy now has almost 400k on my old Sequoia with absolutely no issues. Went back to Toyota and will never look back.
