Lucky me cause I had the same aal with no squeeks.But them total chaos UCA don't shut up man. Maybe cause I'm always getting em dirty but I got to lube em every other week. Was reading a thread on a guy whose lower ball joint went out, fortunately in a parking lot. That led to 10 minutes of looking at 'Tacoma lower ball joint failure' on Google images....I'm afraid to get in my truck now.

I'm sort of in the same boat, working in the company's creative department our office basically runs all of the e-commerce that drives most of the business. I'm the only photographer on staff (and I get utilized by pretty much every department other than the one I technically work for)...they can't exactly eliminate my position. Unless they wanted to bring someone in on a freelance basis which would be much, much more expensive.

But the flip side to that is when it comes to creative work, you have to keep the higher-ups happy with what you come up with. First ones they point fingers at when sales start to slip are the ones creating the image of the brand.

Have I mentioned how stoked I am that it's finally the weekend?
