    no im done with all i can do eddy is coming in the morning so we can mod the transmission crossmember and the braket for the drive shaft center bearing but it will be done sunday at some point

    Reason I ask is, I'm going to North Myrtle Beach in August. Was looking for locals to point me to anything I should make time to see or go. Also there's been a few stories around I've seen about poor ocean water quality due to storm run off. Since I have young kids. Was wondering if it's just media/social media hype? Or should I be cautious? Thanks in advance for any info from you guys.

    We call MB dirty myrtle for a reason. If you've never been the whole place is a white trash hell hole. Charleston (Isle of palms, Sullivan's island, folly beach etc) is the best place to go beach wise but I haven't heard anything out of the ordinary for water quality over there. sounds like a bunch of hype. But the place is dirty

    Yeah. I've heard that too. But I've heard north Myrtle is better? :notsure: We're going there because my in-laws go and seem to like that part. Plus my FIL is giving us 3 nights with his travel points at the hotel. He travels for work, so he gets alot. So that's why we're going there. I can deal with shitty people. My ex wife is from N.J. So dealing with N.J. Shore people when we'd visit her family was always entertainment. :D :laugh: I'm just more concerned about me or my family getting sick from shitty water. Especially my kids.

    You won't get sick. You just won't have "pretty beach pictures". If you want you can drive like an hour or so south of North Myrtle Beach to one of the smaller beaches to find some nicer sand and a tinie bit clearer water.
