Those are respectable numbers. What about that CEL?

Consistently returning. I've seen 4 different error codes so far. All indicate O2 Sensors being slow.

    20160729_191722.jpg

    I've cleared codes twice today.

Lame. What does URD have to say? Is there any fuel/air tweaking that can be done?

Gadget basically told me the O2 Sim doesn't work on newer trucks. He said they may not be able to make it work at all.

Though he did ask me to deal with it until mid next week to see if it goes away. If not he may be able to swap units with me ands program a different one with a "less aggressive" setup to see if that works.

I sent him my dyno sheets. He asked for the actually run data. I'm wondering if he hopes to glean some useful info from that perhaps. The Dynojet system actually plugs into the OBDII port so maybe it'll have O2 data from during the run? Just conjecture on my part.

Love your build! Would you say 886's are pretty essential for the pelfreybilt and winch? (vs 885 or 887)

If you want to keep your lift height yes. The difference between 886 and 887 was a full inch.

Sounds like I'll be going with 886's. I'm already droopy enough with my 885's ;)

You weren't lying about and odd graph. Graph looks like a 3 year olds's impression of power. Moooooooar powaaaa!!!! Lol.

Regardless, it picked up some good gains. Those are pretty significant even.

Edit.*** Just watched the video. Now I know why it has the loops. If you ever dyno again, start at just over 3K in 4th gear, and you'll get a solid line graph. However, you will miss the lower 1k rpms.

So I had to take my Hi-Lift out of the truck for now. It has gotten to rattle so badly it's driving me nuts. The threaded locking knob somehow keeps loosening ands letting it bounce.

After removing it is discovered that it has actually been grinding into the fiberglass bed!!

    Dang it.

I will be getting lifted soon, so i am just entering the realm of high lift jacks. Never used or even seen one been used before...

Once you're lifted you either need a Hi-Lift or a Tow Truck. LOL Traditional OEM jacks will NOT work. Mounting the Hi-Lift is the issue. Especially since I bought the 60" version...

Noted. Tbh I've never even pulled my OEM jack, but I'm sure it a piece. What mounts are you using?

I'm also continuing to clear check engine error/codes on a daily basis. I had to clear it twice on my 10 mile drive to work this morning. Emailing Gadget @ URD to let him know it's still happening. Hoping he'll make good on his idea to send me an updated O2 Sim.

I used some brackets that a TW member makes. I've got it posted someplace in this build thread somewhere. LOL Eventually I need to find a more secure way to mount the dang thing though. Either a bed rack or something. Just about $$$.

Changed my oil this morning. 19,288 miles on the odo. Last change was at about 14,600.

Mobile 1 Full Synthetic 5W30 with a Mobile 1 Extended Mileage oil filter.

Amazing how it goes in gold ands comes out dark brown!

    20160811_075744.jpg

Fumoto Valve FTW! Stuck one finger through the hole in the skid plate, flipped the lever, and had a controlled flow with no splatter. Left the RCI skid on.

A Fumoto Valve is on my list, especially once the wife green lights modifications to the truck, hell I may do that now just to make oil changes easier. Wheres the best place to get one?
