More shit then I ever planned on doing
It's been a while but Petes Gear Works in Hayward did the gears and lockers in my old Yota. I was pretty happy with them.

Rearend Specialties in Santa Clara, but that might be too far for you. Good thing is they're walking distance to Cal Trans. You can make a day out of it

    Phi,

I'm taking my truck there next week. It's about $1100 for labor to do the front and rear in case you're wondering about pricing. They're about 1.5wks backed up on appts.

The guy I spoke with said it'll be about $1000 for labor. They don't have Nitro-gears so I just placed my order today through JD and ECGS. I need to see when I can get my truck in. Thanks for the heads up Vin.

The extra $100 might be for swapping in my ARB lockers too:confused:. They do great work there though. I've taken maybe 4 Mustangs in years past and the gears are always setup properly.

Sweet! That's good to hear. Not trying to have oil leaking out onto my brakes and stuff like I've read in reviews of some shops.

    stuff
Shaffers Offroad in Alameda did my rear gears. I had a small issue (turned out to be my fault) but they stood behind their work 100%. Good to see a shop that cares! I'd recommend them. Just gear install for bringing in third was $300. I did the rest myself. Not sure what the complete labor charge would be
