4600 front struts have a better perfomence then the stock front struts from the reviews ive seen. The 5100 rears should also greatly improve the ride in the rear. I am looking to upgrade soon once I regear, it is a nice simple upgrade at a lower price then the total chaos upgrade with is 4k. 4600 and 5100 in the rear will cost around $360 total brand new maybe lower, you get what you pay for so don't expect to start doing jumps or something :bananadance:, but you will have great improvements from the horrible stock crap.

I don't have the part number but I could look it up, just make sure it says fits 5 lugs Tacomas. just got home from work though wanna shower n stuff before I sit n enjoy TW and a beer lol butt...... I have a 2" spacer compare to what others people have so maybe it's not as compressed as the 2.75". But before the stock struts were really bouncy and now it's sturdier after i do reccommend if your not gonna do anything like jumping your truck nothing happened to me when I accidentally jumped my truck but it was like a feet or so but I wouldn't do it

    Drivers side 4600 - 24-185042
    Rear 5100's - 24-186728

My Bilstein's have been in for over a year / 21,000km's now. I did all my mods in a relative short space of time - starting with rim/tire replacements (OEM were hazardous by the time i noticed how bad they were) and an ARB bumper putting an additional 100+ lbs over the wrong side of the front axles. I blew the stock shocks that were on the truck for 68k km, inside of 2 weeks with the weight addition and overall change of CofG putting stress on the shocks.

I am more than happy with the Bilstein shocks - they are on the firm side of the ride - but you are now officially a Truck owner.. not a gender-confused sawzall'ed Corolla that mushes about on inadequate suspension.

See my build thread for photos.

There's a fix for that . Cut the zip tie and slide the boot down until it looks normal. Maybe 2" and then install new zip tie.
