I want to install a light bar on the cheap side, but have no idea where to start. Has someone put a light bar on a truck similar to mine that knows the measurements and brackets used? I know how to wire it and a little of how to drill the holes, I just need a good measurement that looks good. I like the curved look since it matches the curve of the windshield that meets the body. I've found many for fairly cheap on eBay, and I've heard they're all made in china and pretty much the same no matter the price.

Lots of info out there regarding led light bars. For one(the most popular):
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/led-light-bars.244444/
Also do a general 'led light bar' search in the first gen forum only and you'll get loads of info.
And to name one of a few, relentless fabrication sells brackets for the curved bars.
Also, 42" is the ideal length that works/looks best on the first gens. The mounts will have to be installed by drilling. Nutserts is one way to fasten them to the body.
Also keep an eye out for what brands of the generic bars people are going with. And what the different optics are and what will suit your needs. Do some homework and you'll start learning all there is to know here.

Edit: don't forget about possible glare issues going with a windshield option. Some people get it bad depending on what bar you choose, and some can't stand even the slightest glare. There are metal visors/shields that can be installed to remove the glare:
