Hello and thanks for looking. The time has come to part with my truck for a few reasons. First I don't use it anymore because half the time I'm on the road with my band. Second, it's taking up my driveway requiring my wife to park in the street. And third it has some issues beyond my low skill level of auto repair. Main issue is frame rust, which can be welded but I don't want to mess with it. Also the front brakes need replaced soon. And according to my mechanic the rack/pinion need some work. The truck has never been in a major accident, only minor fender bender (see pic of rear bumper). Speaking of bumper, with the sale of the truck I'll include a new chrome replacement bumper upon request. I bought it but never installed.

Last year I replaced the master and slave cylinder. As well as the AC condenser, evaporator, expansions valve, and O ring so it's blowing nice and cool. The Kumho Road Venture tires have very low miles on them and are in great shape. The battery and starter are good. I've replaced both and the truck has always started right up fast, including in the coldest of winter. All belts look to be in good shape. Everything inside works great including cruise control, odometer, speedometer, gas gauge, windows, doors, locks, and nice sound system. I have always used synthetic oil and changed it religiously. And I have all paper work from repairs over the past seven or eight years.

This truck is right for you if you have the skills to repair/maintain and want a pickup to haul stuff around. The gas mileage is actually not bad. I keep it at or around the speed limit and have gotten as high as 26.1 mpg highway.

Please ask any questions. Appointment can be made to view in Jersey City. I have the truck title and it is good to go. $2,400 obo

I don't believe that frame would ever pass a safety test even with trying to fix it. But who knows good luck

I hear you. Had one guy who wanted it for parts for his own good condition '97 taco, but he never called back. And had another guy with a welding shop interested, still waiting to hear back from him. blah blah
