So I had some food sitting on top of my subwoofer in the backseat of my truck (yes my subwoofer sits on my seats) and I had a nice aluminum pan filled to the top of giniling (Filipino food) sitting on the sub and when I hit a bump the food came out and left a giant stain on the back rests. I tried carpet cleaner, dish soap, and I still smell food. Any other ideas ? Or should I just do it every weekend until the smells comes out ?

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
What kind of dish soap? I use blue dawn for those types of stains and it works wonders. Lather it up and let it sit for an hour or so. You could try hydrogen peroxide or maybe some white vinegar. I'd test the last two before going full bore with them.

Have you tried pouring Mexican food on top so it'll get rid of the Filipino food smell?

Toyota sells a fabric cleaner that completely removed grease stains that the mechanics left on my seat and arm rest
