Well I got the panels...this project is going to be quit big, my plan is to make it 10'x9'. It should be pretty good once I set it up. I'll post pics as I get it going.

    Why not both?

I want one of these in the future, but I'm curious how much they cost to run month to month.

depends on how much beer and cooler size but basically whatever size you make you want to have the right sized window cooler. So basically whatever electric the appropriate window cooler uses. Typically its not much Heres the website https://www.storeitcold.com/

Wife's cousin has one. Super handy on their farm. Look at dual temperature option so it can be used as refrig or freezer. Also make sure you have a floor drain if you are hanging game in there... You will want to be able to hide it down occasionally.

I got the floor in, walls up...I'll post pics later. The roof is going to be fun  basically going to be 2 full 4'x10' panels and a 2'x10 panel I'll have to cut from a 3rd panel.

the first roof panel was a PIA to get up there and seemed 50lbs heavier...the second panel went up easy. The third panel I ended up cutting was actually 1'x10'. I had a metal blade and it was worthless, I ended up sacrificing a framing blade and it zipped right through the sheetmetal and wood. It didnt want to sit flush for some reason so I got tired of messing with it and spray foamed it. I need to cut the hole for the window unit and hopefully in the next two weeks I'll get power to my shop!I still havent got around to taking pics

I'll get some pics I promise...Meat rack is installed--I used 3 2x6's, and a 2x8 and sheetmetal screws to hold stable inside the walls and 8 hooks. A/C unit is in the opening, Light is mounted, I need to mount some outlets and a light switch, make a frame for a countertop and it will be almost ready. then connect power in the next week to 2 weeks hopefully
