Tonneau cover cargo basket/bike racks

Does anyone know what rack this is?

 

That looks like the short version of the "Adarac" from the same company that makes the Access roll up tonneau. Also note that this is a Tundra. If you have a Tacoma and an Access tonneau, this will not work. I've been looking for a solution like this for months and have found nothing.

 

What if you got bed crossbars with a basket and then get some bike mounts and put on each sides?

Because of the way the Access roll up tonneau is mounted behind the bedrail channels, the best option seems to be drilling into the bedrails and installing the Thule/Yakima tracks. Still not perfect because a-You are drilling into your truck, and b-There is not enough clearance to to roll the tonneau up without either removing the bars or sliding them under the bars then rolling.

I even checked out @Mobtown Offroad . Still doesn't seem to work with the Access cover
