1999 Tacoma Extra Cab 4x4 FOR SALE (needs work)

Hello All,

I am putting my Tacoma up for sale. I am the third owner of this vehicle. I bought it from a guy in southern California who had it garage kept and would take it out to the desert on light off road trips. When I bought it, it has 115,000 mi on it and that was in 2009. It currently has 215,000mi. I have done all oil changes myself at 5K using synthetic oil. A few years ago it received a major service (I am forgetting all that was done but I can pull paperwork).

The reason for the sell is I bought a car for work and kept the truck so that I could go dirt bike riding. I sold my dirt bike and the truck does not get driven. I recently noticed the engine light on and didn't think much about it. I took it in for inspection and through many tests it was discovered that the #3 cylinder was not firing due to a blown head gasket.

I am now not interested in spending the $2500 to have it repaired. I would like to see if anyone on this forum has the means to fix it themselves. It would be a great truck if you have the time and expertise to do it yourself. Please let me know if your interested. I am offering it at $4,000 OBO.
