Ron... saw a youtube thing about using a black garbage bag, letting it sit for a bit in the heat, and peeling it straight off... spray and heat dissolves the glue

For some things, its better to pay and leave it to the pros.
Even tint shops hate stripping tint

    True dat!
I take it back to them on Monday to get new tint.o_O
So, minimum amount of light that can pass through is 70%. Tacoma front windsheilds meter at 72%. Looks like im getting tint mainly for heat block and not darkness.:sadviolin:

Yes, if lights are above a certain height, they must be covered, and only 4 forward facing lights can remain uncovered

Light bar probably isn't DOT approved, so you should cover it too.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but how do you "cover" a light bar? I have mines mounted behind my main grill

if its behind the grill you should be ok, covers should only apply to exterior mounted lights.

Damn just mounted 285/75/16s and bought 1.25 spacers. This recon stuff seems like a pain in the ass.

Looks like I'm ripping my HIDs and replacing my BHLM headlights too. Luckily I still have my stock flaps. Do they need to be on all round or just the rears?

So im hoping these will pass safety inspections. DOT and SAE approved and the turn signal bezel is chrome. Orange side marker as well.

I should be good to go, right?

Bought them on FleaBay for $190 likely coming out of China so I'm sure the plastic lense will be roasted and UV damaged in 6 months :bananadead:
