Roland toyota is offering $500 over invoice on a 2017 tacoma.
What should I pay for this?

I would not own a toyota truck unless it was 4wd, and I certainly would not waste the money as some do to lift a 4x2, thats just me but there are those who dont need a 4wd period....I think my 16 trd or 4x4 listed a 34.5 or close to that, so for me it was the only way to go, I know you'll enjoy it for whatever you pay.....good luck at the negotiating table!

Their invoice might include a delivery fee ($900 or so?) I had dealers show me their invoice price when I was buying. Several options were really close to the master list on here, but we're off by maybe $10- $20.

And the offer $500 over invoice because sr5 2wd isn't really high demand. If you can get $500 over invoice for a 4x4, strongly consider it. You may not think you need 4x4 but if you keep the truck a while and hang out on here, you'll get the itch to "go explore"

Get 4x4. You'll lose thousands when you regret the 4x2 6 months down the road and go to trade it in
