    I can't speak for everyone, but taking apart diffs is a little too advanced for most of us. But if anyone chimes in that they know how to do it, then by all means go for it. Just as long as you can drive your truck outta there before the night ends

    Front diff swap is 4hr job if you know exactly what you are doing.

    If it's off the truck and just want to take it apart I don't think that's too tough.

    There's a DIY on taking off the front diff, and replacing would be no prob. But adding a locker to existing gears, etc - too much for me.
