Dude, that's brutal. No racks or barbells? I see you live in Lubbock...I will personally help you find a gym that is just as cheap as PF. You are missing out on huge strength and physique builders, arguably, the most important of all the lifts. I guess going to a gym with no equipment is better than not going to the gym, but damn, that sucks.

So anyone else have a major joint surgery? Ever experience this weird nauseating feeling when you move that area of your body? It's been going on about a week now and just over it. It's that gross feeling that makes your stomach turn when you move it.

So the main university gym has been so packed lately I've been having to go to the tiny one that's underneath some basketball courts, and they don't fucking run the AC in this gym. I shit you not, it was atleast 85 and humid as shit in there today. I was leaving fucking sweat trails around this place tonight.

WOA is really cracking down on a bunch of crap and I'm really digging into finding a new gym. Know anywhere around town? Or anyone that lives here what gym they go to? I got an invitation to go to arsenal but 70.00 a month is no damn joke.

I really have no idea. I always look for smaller, almost hole in the wall, gyms. That's what I did when I went home for the summer.

    Separate though:

I did a few squats today. Got up to 205 before it felt too bad. Little by little, this tail bone issue is going away. Did some front squats...they didn't hurt neaerly as bad as back squats.

In other news: talked to a buddy who I haven't really seen much since I started working out and was talking about how I want to go to the dark side and he goes "dude, why? You're so much bigger than you were and are still getting noticeably bigger" that fuckin blew my balls, but then I was like "dude, fuckin gainz" if I weren't terrified of needles, I'd tell y'all to call me darth Vader.

And this hotel in staying at in Arlington doesn't have a gym and is not affiliated with a gym. Ugh man.gonna be a shitty week.

Anyways, I'll hit the gym hard Thursday. I can use the time to recover.

Hit a plateau, added in hill sprints tonight on my run now my ass hurts and I can't sleep. LTC was right running up and down hills rests different muscle groups, I've always preferred down hill lol.

Despite my plateau my clothes are falling off and I feel like a bag lady so it's working.
