That price is correct. We have a set of tools like that at work. They need to be used around certain explosives chemicals and environments because they wont spark and start an explosion.

My old company used to sell Molybdenum tubing in cut lengths. We had to use special wet saws and had to dispose the shavings very carefully. That shit burns

 

That's probably only if you make it fryable like asbestos though

 

I hear ya - we had a mag fire in the shavings bin once and we rolled it out into the parking lot and it burned right through all three shelves on the cart and put a nice 12inch wide hole to the ground through the asphalt.
