Looking to replace my 5 -speed tan (Oak) colored shift knob. I believe the part number is 36303-35150-E0.

I can't find any sources online who have this as it's discontinued?
Anyone have a source for this knob or a good stock looking aftermarket knob?

It is a hard to find thread. I made an adapter (welded nut to head of the correct size metric carridge bolt) then used an old Hurst T handle. Came out awsome and feels great in your hand.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Maybe try a dealership if you absolutely have to have the OEM look.
But, there are a lot of better aftermarket options out there that simply blow the OEM one out of the water. That's just a basic, simple, and likely horrendously overpriced shift knob from Toyota. As far as aftermarket options go, someone else will have to chime in on that.
I no longer have a stick shift Taco so that stuff currently has no relevance for this guy. I had an aftermarket knob on my old Taco, but can't for the life of me remember where I got it. It was similar to a TRD knob, but cheaper, yet still was pretty heavy, about the size of a pool ball and fit in my hand perfectly. The extra weight on the ball aided in smoother throws between gears over the OEM one that was there originally.
